What are affiliate programs?

Affiliate programs are means of hosting companies to increase sales. Simply put, when you sign up for affiliate program, you can sell hosting services of the company, and earn a certain percentage of your sales. Participating in affiliate program has many benefits, which include:

No up-front investments. Affiliate programs are nearly always free.

No need to create your own hosting offer or website. You can simply direct your users to the hosting company's website, and they will learn everything there.

No worry about technical support, sales processing or other business tasks. Everything is handled by the hosting company.

When choosing an affiliate program, you have to pay attention at what percentage of sales you will get from the hosting company. Some companies offer as many as 50% or higher commission, and some only 10% or lower. You should also check if the hosting offer you are about to promote is really something that your customers would buy. Check the prices and parameters, ask yourself a question "Would I buy hosting at this company?". Sometimes it turns out that even if your commission is lower, but the offer is more competitive, you will earn more money.
